WHO AM I?
AND WHY DID I CREATE THIS?

My name is Kallie Klug and I've been practicing yoga for the last almost 10 years. 

Yoga helped transform my life by easing the symptoms of extreme anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and chronic neck pain. In 2019 I decided to study traditional yoga practices in the city that yoga was born- Rishikesh, India. 

I created this offering because I noticed that its often difficult in a group yoga class to receive the medicine and full benefits of yoga. In a 1:1 setting, it becomes more efficient and tailored to your needs and abilities.
