I've spent years learning about trauma mindful yoga practices and how they can help the body and nervous system process trauma
WHO AM I? AND WHY DID I CREATE THIS?
My name is Kallie Klug and I've been practicing yoga for almost a decade.
Yoga helped me to realize my own shadow work that needed to be done and I've utilized yogic practices as a means to release trauma within the body.
I've spent many hours researching different somatic therapies to help process trauma and shadow work.
I studied yoga in the Himalayas of Rishikesh, India- where yoga was born. I've since continued my teacher trainings around trauma mindful teachings, pain science, and biomechanics.
I created this offering because we all have a shadow side and when that shadow side goes on being rejected,
we're not able to integrate into the healed person that is able to consciously move thru the world. Somatic shadow work allows you to live as your most authentic, brave, and true self.
